Job summary

Springer Professional Group Limited is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead the Unsecured Lending team in Hong Kong. You will develop pricing and product strategies for personal and card loans, oversee the full product lifecycle, and drive digital channel applications to improve customer experience.

Collaboration with risk, IT, marketing, and compliance is essential to ensure regulatory alignment and profitability.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
• 3–6 years’ banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending is an advantage.
• Strong product development and project management skills.
• Experience in Data-Driven Precision Marketing is preferred.
• Proven expertise in credit risk models, market trends, and HKMA regulatory frameworks.
• Strong team orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/M Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personal loans’ pricing, usage, portfolio and channel management programs to grow the Bank’s market share and profitability.
• Lead the full lifecycle of personal loan and card loan products, covering market research, demand analysis, product design, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and post-launch optimization.
• Drive digital channel application to elevate customer experience.
• Partner with risk management, IT, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure competitive positioning and strict regulatory adherence.
• Establish operational policies/procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor product KPIs through data analytics, refining strategies to achieve business objectives; ensure alignment with HKMA guidelines, internal policies, and global regulations.
