Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Credit Initiation Operation on unsecured loan products and credit cards.
• Experience assessing credit reports and financial statements for risk.
• Ability to manage underwriting workflow and compliance with HKMA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess unsecured lending products within delegated authority.
• Perform manual credit underwriting for unsecured lending acquisitions and limits.
• Review applicants' credit reports and financials to assess creditworthiness.
• Ensure quality assurance and timely credit approvals.
• Lead and support launch of new products/projects in underwriting.
• Design and review operation flows; support UAT and implementation.
