Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY in Hong Kong seeks a Co-Head of Unsecured Lending to provide strategic leadership and drive growth in Personal Lending. You will shape the lending agenda for the bank, oversee large teams, and ensure execution across stakeholders for approvals and reporting.

The candidate will bring 18+ years in unsecured/personal lending with at least 10 years in management, strong leadership, and expertise in data, automation, and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Unsecured Lending / Personal Loan / Retail Banking
• Minimum 10 years of management experience
• Proven leadership and management track record
• Experience with Data, Decision Science and / or Automation
• Product knowledge in loans and cross-selling
• Excellent communication and presentation in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership, KPI setting and driving Unsecured Lending / Personal Lending in Hong Kong
• Lead a Large Section and tactfully work across all stakeholders for internal approval in order to execute transactions
• Complete various reports for senior management / CE including pipeline forecasting and monthly cross-selling income and deal tracking
• Provide oversight and be accountable to the account opening process including any necessary documentation for new and existing accounts;
