Meinhardt invites applications for Inspector of Works / Assistant Inspector of Works in Hong Kong. The role requires overseeing site supervision, ensuring compliance with the Buildings Ordinance, and coordinating with ESP and utility providers.

Candidates should have HK engineering qualifications, post-qualification site experience, and proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua. Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree holders with relevant post-qualification experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant site supervision experience is required.
• Post-qualification experience: IOW 6 years; AIOW 2 years for degree holders or 3 years non-degree.
• Must meet language proficiency: Chinese and English (HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor site activities per client requirements and codes.
• Submit site progress and safety reports to ESP or representatives.
• Coordinate with government departments and utilities for works on site.
• Check site safety, environmental protection, and compliance with safety manuals.
