Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in building services or maintenance.
• Knowledge of cold storage or automation is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance rules, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics for daily maintenance and emergency work across building services, cold storage, and electronic systems.
• Perform regular inspections using a data-driven approach to identify faults, ensure compliance, and uphold safety and service standards.
