Job summary

Don Nelson Technology Limited seeks an experienced IT delivery lead to drive development for platforms supporting growth and trading operations in Hong Kong. You will plan tasks, manage requests from business users, vendors, and internal teams, and collaborate with development teams to define solutions and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT, business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in IT delivery within banking, securities, or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of FIX and exchange connectivity protocols is advantageous.
• Understanding of OMS, EMS, and Cash Equities trading concepts preferred.
• Experience with low-latency tech and event-driven architectures (LMAX Disruptor).
• Familiar with Git and Jira; Agile delivery practices.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related discipline

8+ years' experience in IT systems delivery within banking, securities, or financial institutions

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities

Knowledge of FIX and exchange connectivity protocols is advantageous

Understanding of OMS, EMS, and Cash Equities trading concepts is preferred

Experience with low‑latency technologies and event‑driven architectures such as LMAX Disruptor

Familiarity with development tools including Git and Jira

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and delivery practices

Experience with Maven build and deployment processes
