Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking a highly autonomous Data Analyst to lead the creation of an enterprise-level employment data platform. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from stakeholder requirements to data pipeline construction and BI delivery.

You will integrate diverse data sources including HR, compensation, retail metrics and offline data, build models and dashboards, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience in corporate, retail, or enterprise environments.
• A self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to source and integrate disparate data sources, including offline data streams.
• Experience or exposure to HR data, compensation frameworks, or retail data preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Python or R; able to build analytics models and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering from business and HR stakeholders and defining data structures.
• Ingesting and integrating diverse data sources, including offline data streams.
• Analyze HR data, compensation metrics, and retail performance data to generate insights.
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics projects with high autonomy in a dynamic environment.
