Job summary

Clarrow Hong Kong Limited is seeking a senior, hands-on Lead Full-Stack Developer to own a key digital platform initiative. You will drive the technical delivery from concept to deployment, advise on architecture, and lead development activities in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires ownership of technical decisions, scalable solutions, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to shape the platform roadmap and integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend and backend development across modern frameworks.
• Experience designing software architecture and making independent technical decisions.
• Strong knowledge of API development, database design and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience deploying, monitoring and supporting production applications.
• Solid understanding of web security, performance testing and best practices.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms and external APIs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver milestones.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and recommend an appropriate technology stack and scalable architecture.
