Job summary

Puricare Private Limited is seeking a Technician Supervisor in Hong Kong to diagnose and repair faults in water dispensers and related equipment. You will supervise a team of technicians, perform on-site servicing at customer premises, and ensure safety and quality in every repair.

The role requires leadership, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication with clients. Diploma/NITEC in engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to perform manual tasks.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills.
• Customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in water dispensers and related equipment to restore functionality.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs, servicing, and maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect, test and prepare equipment before deployment to ensure operational readiness.
• Conduct on-site repair and servicing at customer premises to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Test repaired equipment to verify proper operation and safety compliance.
• Identify faulty components and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of repairs, servicing activities, and parts replaced.
• Provide professional, courteous technical support to customers.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians.
• Train new technical staff on work processes to maintain service quality and consistency.
