Job summary

Puricare Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Lead Technician to diagnose, repair and service water dispensers and related equipment on customer sites.

You will supervise a team of technicians, coordinate on-site visits, ensure safety standards and deliver professional customer support.

Requirements include 2–3 years of relevant experience and a Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years with relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive with initiative.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in water dispensers and related equipment to restore functionality
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs, servicing, and maintenance on equipment
• Inspect, test, refurbish, and prepare equipment before deployment to ensure operational readiness
• Conduct on-site repair and servicing at customer premises to resolve technical issues promptly
• Test repaired equipment to verify proper operation and safety compliance
• Identify faulty components and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of repairs, servicing activities, and parts replaced
• Provide professional, courteous technical support to customers to enhance service experience
• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians to complete on-site service jobs efficiently
• Train new technical staff on work processes to maintain service quality and consistency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related fields
• Min 2-3 years with relevant experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment
• Experience in equipment repair, servicing, maintenance, or troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting skills applied to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently
• Effective communication and customer service skills to support client interactions
• Self-motivated, committed, and proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative
