Job summary

Puricare Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Lead Technician to diagnose, repair and service water dispensers and related equipment on customer sites.

You will supervise a team of technicians, coordinate on-site visits, ensure safety standards and deliver professional customer support.

Requirements include 2–3 years of relevant experience and a Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years with relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive with initiative.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in water dispensers and related equipment.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
• Inspect, test, refurbish, and prepare equipment before deployment.
• Conduct on-site repair and servicing at customer premises.
• Test repaired equipment to verify proper operation and safety compliance.
• Identify faulty components and recommend repair or replacement.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, servicing, and parts replaced.
• Provide professional technical support to customers to enhance service quality.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians to complete on-site jobs.
• Train new staff on work processes to maintain quality.
