Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead the Design & Build team on corporate office projects, from fit-outs to headquarters. You will mentor designers, ensure design excellence, and coordinate with construction delivery to meet client brand, sustainability goals, and programs.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in interior architecture, HK experience, and registration (HKIA/HKIDA) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design; HKIA/HKIDA registration is a plus.
• 8–12 years in interior architecture or workplace design, with 5+ years in corporate office projects in Hong Kong.
• Proven experience leading design teams across multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of designers and staff.
• Serve as lead designer on projects, ensuring alignment with client brand, function, sustainability goals, and budget.
• Oversee documentation, contractor communication and site works with consultants.
• Collaborate with project management, cost consultancy, sustainability and construction teams.
• Manage all design phases from programming to construction documentation.
