Job summary

Join JLL in Hong Kong as a Senior Interior Designer within the Design & Build team. You will support the Design Manager/Associate Director in delivering exceptional interior design solutions across corporate office projects—from small fit-outs to large-scale headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (essential).
• 6–8 years of experience in interior design, with corporate offices preferred.
• Experience in design consultancy and design-and-build delivery models.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp/Enscape; Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute interior design concepts aligned with client brand, functionality, sustainability, and budget.
• Produce high-quality visuals and documentation (space planning, materials, FF&E, construction drawings).
• Collaborate with project management, cost consultancy, sustainability teams, and construction to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support site supervision, review shop drawings, and resolve design issues during construction.
• Ensure designs comply with HK building regs and safety codes; support BEAM Plus, WELL, LEED as needed.
• Contribute to client presentations, design proposals, and pitches with strong visuals.
