Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Diploma-qualified professional for site supervision of building services installations. Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of post‑qualification site supervision experience.
Proficiency in Chinese and English language.
Familiar with ArchSD guidelines and Site Administration Handbook.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction works in accordance with the Site Administration Handbook and ArchSD requirements.
Monitor and manage site activities, labour, materials and equipment.
Identify discrepancies and report to Project Manager immediately.
Maintain filing systems and project documentation.
Inspect and report workmanship, drawings approvals and installation requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Prepare site records, progress reports and defect lists.
Attend pre-handover and handover inspections with relevant parties.
