Job summary

RGH-Global Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Construction Manager specializing in bridge and heavy civil construction to lead day-to-day site operations on major infrastructure schemes.

You will plan construction sequences, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and progress in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 15 years in civil engineering and 8+ years as a Main Contractor PM with bridge experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of civil engineering construction contract experience.
• Experience as Main Contractor's Construction/Project Manager with bridge construction focus (8+ years).
• Professional accreditation such as HKIE (Civil) or MICE is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations aligning with program, budget and specs.
• Develop construction methodologies, site logistics and sequence plans for bridges.
• Direct sub-contractors, site engineers and foremen ensuring safety, quality and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks early and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with client representatives, consultants and government authorities on site matters.
