Job summary

3cRGH is seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Structural Engineer in Hong Kong to oversee all civil and structural engineering projects from concept to construction completion. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet design and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a Hong Kong PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering with leadership experience.
• PE license in Hong Kong is required or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural projects, including high-rise buildings and bridges.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Review and approve technical drawings and calculations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage a team of engineers and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on industry advancements in civil and structural engineering.
