Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Head Baker to lead our kitchen team at a new bakery store in Admiralty, Hong Kong, opening in 2026. The role requires strong leadership and baking expertise to develop breads and viennoiseries aligned with market trends.

You will oversee daily store operations, ensure top quality and presentation, manage inventory and food cost, and enforce hygiene standards while rostering staff actions. Attractive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a commercial bakery or similar setting (at least 2 years of supervisory experience).
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding and creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the store
• Develop and introduce a variety of breads and viennoiseries aligned with market trends
• Ensure consistent food quality, freshness and excellent product presentation
• Manage inventory and strictly control food cost and wastage
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor the performance and manage staff rostering
