Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. LATAM Operations Analyst

Reap is looking for a LATAM Operations Analyst to support the execution and scaling of our Mexico and LATAM operations.

This role will work closely with Payment Operations, Finance, and internal and external stakeholders to keep operational workflows coordinated, documented, and executed on time. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving processes, maintaining trackers, and using AI tools to reduce manual work.

The person in this role will support payment operations, finance administration, reporting, documentation, advisor coordination, and structured follow-up across Reap’s LATAM business.

What you’ll do
  • Support Mexico and LATAM payment operations workflows, including ticket tracking, issue resolution, and escalation.
  • Maintain operational reports, trackers, SOPs, playbooks, and audit logs.
  • Coordinate administrative follow-up across Finance, Payment Operations, Compliance, Commercial, Product, and external advisors.
  • Help organize client, partner, advisor, and internal follow-ups when assigned by the relevant workstream owner.
  • Join client or partner calls when needed to capture notes, document action items, and track next steps.
  • Support Mexico entity finance operations, including invoices, accounting follow-ups, advisor coordination, and recurring finance deadlines.
  • Help document local payment flows, operational procedures, partner requirements, and compliance-related processes.
  • Support launch or product-related workstreams through notes, trackers, SOPs, and action-item follow-up.
  • Help teams adopt internal AI automations and identify opportunities to reduce manual work.
  • Prepare internal summaries, status updates, and operational materials for strategic initiatives such as Visa / BIN-related work.
What we’re looking for
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, payments, fintech, finance operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially around payments, finance, compliance, and audit trails.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams at the same time.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and creating structure where processes are still evolving.
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and operational process improvement.
  • Experience in LATAM fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or regulated financial services is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Zendesk, and AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
  • Improving payment operations tracking and follow-up.
  • Creating cleaner reporting through recurring operational reports.
  • Strengthening documentation of payment flows, partner requirements, and SOPs.
  • Reducing manual work through AI-enabled workflows.
  • Improving visibility over invoices, accounting items, advisor requests, and recurring operational deadlines.
  • Supporting stronger coordination across Finance, Payment Operations, Compliance, Commercial, Product, and external partners.
About The Role

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams. The ideal candidate can turn messy cross-functional workflows into clear processes, trackers, reports, and action plans while operating with strong ownership and discretion.

If you are excited about fintech, payments, LATAM operations, and the opportunity to build scalable processes in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
