Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking a capable Operations Officer to support Landside Duty Manager and supervise daily operations at SkyPier Terminal, Ground Transportation Centre, car parks and road network in Hong Kong. You will perform patrols, coordinate maintenance, respond to incidents, and ensure service quality by guiding contractors, communicating with partners and government departments.

A driving license is preferred; English and Chinese skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or fresh graduate welcomed.
• Associate degree or higher diploma with 2+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Secondary education level with at least 4 years’ work experience will be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English and Chinese fluency; Putonghua advantageous.
• Holders of HK driving license Class 1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations at SkyPier Terminal and related centres.
• Perform daily patrols and coordinate maintenance of defects.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with internal and external parties for assistance.
• Supervise service contractors to ensure quality services delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with business partners and government departments.
• Enforce AA bylaws and prepare incident/accident reports.
• Handle and prepare daily operation logs and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
• Required to work on shift duties.
