The role will oversee the full lifecycle of laboratory instruments, develop SOPs, ensure health and safety compliance, assist in organizing academic exchanges, and complete tasks as directed by supervision.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full life cycle of laboratory instruments and equipment, including daily operation, maintenance, repair coordination, calibration, documentation, and status tracking, to ensure safe, stable, and traceable performance.
2. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory instruments and equipment, and provide professional training and technical guidance to laboratory users.
3. Support the implementation of laboratory health, safety, and compliance requirements, including access training, safety inspections, hazard identification and rectification, and laboratory waste management.
4. Assist in organizing academic exchange activities, such as academic seminars, user training sessions, and related events.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
