Job summary
The Profile Group (HK) Ltd (a Wilson Company) in Hong Kong seeks a Korean-speaking Private Equity Analyst/Associate to join its Asia investment team. You will help execute and manage private equity investments across North Asia, working closely with senior professionals.
The role requires strong financial modelling, due diligence, and the ability to produce investment memos, with fluent Korean and English. A Bachelor in Finance/Economics/Business and 2–5 years' experience are expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of PE or buy-side experience.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
- Understanding of private equity fund structures is advantageous.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of private equity transactions across Asia.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Prepare investment memos and materials for internal committees.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and value creation initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals on sourcing and execution.
- Engage with GPs, advisors, and counterparties.
- Contribute to market research and investment pipeline development.
- Assist in transaction structuring and documentation processes.
