• Over 4 years of relevant investment banking, private equity, or related advisory experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute private investment opportunities across lifecycle.
• Prepare transaction materials and investment committee materials.
• Work with management teams, sponsors, advisors, and co-investment partners.
• Monitor portfolio investments and support value creation initiatives.
• Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities.
• Participate in negotiations and transaction execution from origination through closing.
