Job summary

KOTRA Hong Kong is seeking a Temporary Exhibition Assistant (Korean-speaking) to support the planning and on-site execution of the 2026 Wine & Dine, Wine & Spirits, and related events. The role involves coordinating participating companies, managing databases, and assisting with on-site operations.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Korean, English and Cantonese, with Mandarin preferred, and Proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a six-week assignment with on-site duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean, English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Excellent mail and relation manners with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Workstyle: proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Working hours during the event period may be adjusted per operational requirements and event arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of participating companies and products, and provide curation support to match event themes.
• Manage customer and buyer databases, and contact domestic companies and buyers when necessary.
• Support the events, including material preparation, event planning, execution and closing activities.
• Provide on-site support during the events, including guest reception, documentation, data organization, survey administration and transport of event equipment/materials.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
