Job summary

Gold Water Group Company Limited in Central, Hong Kong is seeking a Kitchen Porter to assist the Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help with prep, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

The role requires reliability, ability to multi-task, and basic English; additional languages are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with 50 hours weekly, Tue-Sat.

Qualifications

• Organised and able to multi-task.
• English language skill; other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Peel and chop vegetables, wash produce, and prepare ingredients.
• Unload incoming food and equipment shipments, check items, and ensure all food items are properly placed.
• Wash dishes, equipment and utensils using an industrial dishwasher.
• Sweep and mop the floors, empty out garbage, change garbage liners and clean, sanitize kitchen surfaces, and conduct monthly deep-cleaning.
• Notify Head Chef immediately about broken equipment, maintenance needs, or low cleaning supplies
• Inventory management – end of month stock take

We are a nightclub in Lan Kwai Fong looking for a Kitchen Porter to assist the Head Chef in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in a kitchen.

Key responsibilities
