Job summary

AstraZeneca Hong Kong Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Key Account Associate/ Senior Key Account Associate/ KA Executive (CVRM HA Team) to drive strategic engagement with hospitals and healthcare professionals in Hong Kong.

You will balance scientific insight with commercial execution, maintain deep product knowledge, and build country value propositions to improve patient outcomes. This role offers growth within a global biopharma leader.

Qualifications

• University graduates with English and Chinese communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure.
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote AstraZeneca’s CVRM portfolio to healthcare professionals.
• Manage relationships with hospitals and clinics to meet patient needs.
• Develop and implement account plans for targeted institutions.
• Achieve sales targets for the Hong Kong territory and surrounding area.

What you’ll do

Your marketplace insights and patient focus will shape and direct strategic marketing plans for the product lifecycle, ensure execution of the brand plan for long-term brand success and develop clear country value propositions for patients and healthcare professions.

As a Key Account Associate/ Senior Key Account Associate/ Key Account Executive, you will promote AstraZeneca’s CVRM portfolio and manage relationships with both healthcare professionals, to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Maintain a high level of both therapeutic and product knowledge in order to promote the benefits of our products
• Effectively communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of our productsto top research and clinical practitioners
• Build and implement account plans for targeted hospitals/institutions
• Ensure our products are appropriately positioned within hospital systems and processes.
• Achieve sales goals for your territory and relevant surrounding area, ensuring the broad uptake of our products
• Strong cross functional collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders (internal and external)

Essential for the role

• University graduate in any discipline
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure

Desirable for the role

• Prior industry and/or HA sales experience is desirable
• Depending on candidate experience, this position may be filled at the following levels: Key Account Associate/ Senior Key Account Associate/ Key Account Executive
