Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Hong Kong seeks a Junior Technical Developer (Product Creation) to support APAC product development from concept to production readiness. You will manage style data in PLM, coordinate GTM timelines, and collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and vendors.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, accurate measurements, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced team environment at the Store Support Centre. Hong Kong presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Product Development or relevant experience preferred.
• 2+ years minimum industry experience in Technical/Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain style data integrity in Flex PLM and related systems.
• Organize daily workflow to meet GTM deliverables and timelines.
• Set up and oversee the style or group of styles.
• Execute styles from concept through production readiness.
• Support meetings with notes and action items.
• Evaluate development samples against the Tech Pack.
• Update style measurements and construction details with guidance.
• Communicate fitting outcomes with cross-functional and vendor partners.
• Update BOM with accurate technical trims and data.
• Maintain costing data integrity in Bamboo Rose and other systems.
• Create sample requests with measurements templates in partnership with TD.
• Mentor peers to advance product development knowledge.
• Read lab test reports and adjust construction to mitigate failures.
• Contribute to fit and construction standards and protocols.
