Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a KYC Analyst for a leading investment bank in Hong Kong. You will partner with Sales to prioritise onboarding requests and manage client onboarding from initiation to completion, acting as the primary contact for clients throughout the process.

You will coordinate with Legal, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk and Operations to facilitate onboarding, provide timely progress updates, and identify and resolve onboarding issues, with fluent English and

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in client onboarding, KYC, or other client-facing functions.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese an advantage.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and risk awareness.

• Experience in pre-trade onboarding processes is preferred.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is an advantage.
• Strong risk awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; data analytics experience preferred.
