The Edge Partnership Holdings Limited is seeking a KYC Analyst for Corporate Banking on a 12-month contract in Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end KYC recertification for a diverse corporate client portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reviews.
You will collect and validate CDD/KYC documents, follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information, resolve backlogs, and uphold high standards of accuracy and documentation.
This role focuses on end-to-end management of client recertification cases, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely completion of reviews across a diverse corporate client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end KYC recertification reviews for Corporate Banking clients.
Collect, review and validate customer due diligence (CDD) and KYC documentation.
Follow up with internal stakeholders and relationship managers to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
Support operational teams in resolving recertification backlogs and process bottlenecks.
Ensure all client files are completed within agreed timelines and in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and documentation quality.
About you
Proven experience in KYC, AML or Client Onboarding within Corporate Banking, Investment Banking or Financial Services environments.
Hands-on experience handling Corporate Client KYC reviews and recertification processes.
Familiarity with KYC workflow systems and onboarding platforms is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple cases independently and drive stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and risk awareness.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English is required.
Additional Asian language capabilities such as Mandarin, Korean or Japanese are highly advantageous but not mandatory.
