Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Junior Writing Analyst to join PWM Research in Hong Kong. The role focuses on editing, writing, translation (English to Chinese) and marketing communications, with exposure to sector and stock research.

The candidate should have strong English and Chinese writing skills, a finance or economics background and the ambition to build a long-term career in investment research, meeting daily publication deadlines.

Qualifications

2+ years in equity research, financial analysis or related writing.
Fluency in English and Chinese; strong writing and editing skills.
Able to meet daily publication deadlines and verify facts.

Responsibilities

Edit and write short English-language research reports and company commentaries daily.
Translate research reports from English into Chinese using AI tools.
Coordinate with publication team for distribution of PWM Research.
Promote PWM Research to increase readership and maximise impact of content.
Prepare research materials, marketing collateral and client materials.
Research sectors and stocks as directed by the CIO.
Attend client meetings with the CIO when required.
