Job summary

Alpinestars is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to provide essential operational and administrative support to the Merchandising team across multiple product categories, acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and timely follow-up.

Based in our Hong Kong sourcing office, this role offers exposure to global teams, data reporting, order tracking, and samples management in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or tertiary education preferred.
• Experience in merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Process PO updates and manage shipments and cost changes.
• Follow up on late orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain records and provide reporting across categories.
• Coordinate with Logistics and ensure correct shipping procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams with data and admin tasks.
• Organize, track and manage product samples.
• Resolve day-to-day order issues and support trend analyses.
