The candidate will work with fundamental analysts and traders to identify opportunities, analyze post-deal performance, and contribute to investment ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ECM, IB ECM/M&A, equity research, or event-driven investing.
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets mechanics and deal dynamics.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global ECM deal flow including IPOs and follow-ons.
• Build detailed financial models to assess pricing and dilution.
• Conduct channel checks and sentiment tracking on upcoming deals.
• Prepare daily/weekly ECM summaries and trade recommendations.
• Track deal performance and identify trading opportunities.
