Job summary

Ekimetrics is seeking a junior business scientist to join its APAC teams. You will work on analytics-driven consulting projects for international clients, shaping data-driven recommendations from discovery through delivery. The role offers training, mentoring, and cross-office collaboration across Asia.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of data analysis experience, a strong academic record, and proficiency in R, Python, and SQL, with business English and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis / modelling.
• Experience with R, Python, SQL or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects with international clients, combining analytics and consulting, including building tailored solutions.
• Work in teams of 3–6 business scientists across 1–3 projects.
• Engage from discovery to final recommendations: data analysis, modelling, and translating insights.
• Present results to stakeholders including C-suite clients.
