Join our APAC team in Hong Kong to collaborate with international clients, work on challenging analytics projects, and grow through mentoring, training, and exposure to leadership. You will develop data-driven recommendations and present insights to executives across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis / modelling.
• Experience with R, Python, SQL or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in consulting and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Business-level English.
• Additional Asia languages are a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects with international clients, combining analytics and consulting.
• Work in teams of 3–6 business scientists across 1–3 projects.
• Engage from discovery to final recommendations: data analysis, modelling, and translating insights.
• Propose innovative approaches and grow into ownership of projects.
• Present results to stakeholders including C-suite clients.
• Build expertise across methodologies and industries.
• Receive training, mentoring, and continuous support.
• Gain exposure to the APAC leadership team.
• Contribute to a fast-growing, ambitious and collaborative team.
