Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited, through Brand Creative, is seeking a recent graduate to join as a junior designer and art direction support. You will bridge creative vision with branding across Futubull and moomoo, contributing to campaigns and assets.

This launchpad role emphasizes learning to translate briefs into concepts, grow into independent strategies, and collaborate with global teams in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
• Excellent English reading, writing and communication; English as working language.
• Strong portfolio showing foundational design and potential for art direction.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma; motion graphics a plus.
• English & Chinese as working languages with strong literacy.
• Familiar with brand strategy and global design trends; visual systems knowledge is essential.
• Meticulous eye for detail, typography and composition.
• Strong communication, coordination and project management; leadership preferred.
• Preferred: awards or experience in international creative competitions or tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Art Direction Support
• Execute visual design for key marketing channels with attention to detail
• Research industry trends and create mood boards and briefs
• Under mentorship, begin to art direct projects translating briefs into concepts
• Guard Futubull and moomoo visual identity and ensure brand consistency
• Develop high-quality visual presentations for branding, marketing, and events
• Adapt assets for regional markets while maintaining brand integrity
• Collaborate with global partners in English; present work clearly
• Participate in brainstorms and reviews with fresh perspectives
• Develop project management capabilities to move concepts to implementation
