Job summary

Endowus is seeking a versatile Designer/Art Director to establish its position as a leader in wealth management in Hong Kong. You will distill complex financial concepts into trust-building, high-impact visuals and creative assets.

You will develop concepts and execute across static and motion media, collaborating with Brand, Content, Growth and Business Development teams. This 6-month contract may extend based on performance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in art, design, media or related field.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals with motion, photography, UI/UX emphasis.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and a willingness to experiment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain Endowus brand identity across touchpoints.
• Lead art direction for integrated campaigns across OOH, digital, social and events.
• Translate financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals and data visuals.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Growth and BD teams to tell visual stories.
