Job summary

Captiare Limited is seeking a Java Developer (Spring Boot) to join our regional fintech team. You will build robust back-end solutions for new product launches and strategic transformation, emphasizing reliability, scalability and clean interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in backend development with Java and Spring Boot, plus hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes. Cloud tech exposure is welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in a relevant area (CS, MIS, Engineering, Software Development etc)
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes
• At least 2 years of hands on experience with Back-end development
• Experience with cloud technologies will be an advantage
• Attention to detail, analytical & able to work under pressure
• Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Develop back-end solutions with Java Spring Boot
• Define technical specs and review ongoing technical design and effectiveness
• Conduct System testing, code review and support
• Perform Production support, incident reviews and ongoing enhancement
• Support data integration, technical functionality and process automation
