Job summary

Linkers International Limited is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a leading telecom in Hong Kong. You will lead cross-functional IT teams, ensure ITIL-aligned service delivery, manage client relationships, and drive incidents resolution to meet SLAs.

The candidate should hold a degree in IT or related field with 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role, with ITIL v4 knowledge and relevant certifications. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field with 8+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong ITIL v4 knowledge and service management.
• Experience in vendor, incident, and change management.
• Familiar with firewalls, IPS, web security, DLP, and cloud security.
• ITIL certification required; CCNP/MCSE is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT teams to deliver ITIL-aligned service management.
• Define service scope and manage client relationships.
• Drive incident resolution and timely escalations.
• Prepare regular operations reports on platform status, capacity, performance, and service levels.
