CyberMonx Limited is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT and Cybersecurity team in Hong Kong. You will build hands-on skills in user support, systems administration, and cybersecurity while supporting international clients.

In this role, you will build hands-on skills in user support, systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT governance while working under the guidance of the Head of IT. You will support a diverse portfolio of international clients and contribute to delivering reliable, secure, and practical technology solutions.

Provide first-line technical support to users, both remotely and on-site.
Manage IT support tickets and ensure issues are tracked, prioritised, and resolved effectively.
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access management, and equipment preparation.
Manage software licences, user assignments, and access permissions.
Assist with monitoring IT systems, networks, devices, and cybersecurity alerts.
Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.
Support the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
Help manage endpoint and device-management platforms.
Assist with the maintenance of client IT infrastructure, cloud productivity platforms, and security tools.
Support the implementation of IT governance and cybersecurity best practices for SME clients.
Learn new tools, technologies, and processes as required.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome.
Must have the right to work in Hong Kong.
Fluent spoken Cantonese and strong English communication skills are required.
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A genuine interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as access control, endpoint protection, phishing awareness, patching, and incident response.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Exposure to device-management tools such as Microsoft Intune or Zoho ManageEngine is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential.
Familiarity with MDR, endpoint protection, or security tools such as Sophos, SentinelOne, or similar solutions is welcome.
Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS systems, troubleshooting, networks, user account management, and technical support.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to work independently.
Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are a plus, but not required.
