Job summary

Infosys in Hong Kong seeks a senior IT service delivery leader with 15+ years in global operations and at least 5 years in client-facing outsourcing. You will govern service delivery across the APAC region, lead major rollouts, and manage SLAs, dashboards, and vendor coordination to ensure continuous, high-quality client outcomes.

The role requires ITIL, ServiceNow, and cloud/endpoint experience, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT service delivery or program management, with at least 5 years in a client-facing, outsourcing/managed services context.
• Experience in delivering EUC services for enterprise-scale FSI clients.
• Demonstrated operational acumen with Service Desk, Endpoint Management, Collaboration Tools, VDI, AV/meeting solutions and Cloud.
• Strong familiarity with ITIL processes, SLAs, dashboards, incident/problem/change mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Infosys’s primary point of contact for operations for client.
• Lead technical rollouts across Client’s APAC region (e.g., image refresh, VDI migration, patching).
• Oversee governance, SLAs, dashboards; coordinate with Client leadership.
• Manage Infosys internal teams and third-party subcontractors delivering services.
• Review performance metrics and run governance meetings with Client stakeholders.
• Governance, risk & compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards.
