Job summary

IT Solutions Ltd. is seeking an IT Quality Management Manager/Officer to oversee IT project quality management for a major bank in Hong Kong. The role involves managing major IT releases, reviewing project quality, and developing testing procedures and standards.

Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or related fields, solid IT experience with SDLC, and strong English/Chinese communication. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related subjects.
• Solid IT experience and good understanding of the system development life cycle.
• PMP certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Banking/finance sector experience is preferable.
• Good written and spoken communications in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage major IT releases for the Bank.
• Review the quality of bank-critical IT projects and provide improvement suggestions.
• Determine and document quality/testing procedures and standards.
• Collect statistics on Quality Management.
