Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a QA professional to define and review in-house testing procedures in collaboration with IT and business teams. The candidate will work with development and business units to review test automation specs and ensure delivery quality, writing QA reports and coordinating QA meetings across IT and users.

You should have a university degree in CS, 5 years IT experience, hands-on expertise with Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One, plus strong English,

Qualifications

• University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5 years IT experience with agile methodology and test automation; junior considered.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One.
• Certification in QM, PMP or Scrum Master is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently with strong analytical mind.
• Good writing skills in both Chinese and English.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.

• Working with system development teams and business teams to engage and review test automation specifications and executions.
• Working with system development teams to review and improve overall quality of deliverables.

• Coordinating QA meetings and initiatives among IT and business users.
• Collecting, analysing and distributing data and statistics regarding quality management.

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5 years working experience in IT is preferred, in particular a good understanding of agile methodology and test automation (lesser experience will also be considered for junior position).
• Hands on experience in using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One is much preferred.
• Certification in one or more of the following professional disciplines QM, PMP, Scrum Master is a definite advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, with strong analytical mind.
• Good writing skills in both Chinese & English.
