Job summary
Fleet Management Limited is seeking an IT Operations Team Lead to guide IT operations for a global maritime IT environment. You will own service delivery end-to-end, drive automation with Power Automate, and build live dashboards using Grafana to improve resilience and efficiency across 600+ vessels and 20 offices.
You will mentor onshore and vessel teams, align with product, engineering and vendors, and continuously improve processes, metrics, and customer outcomes in a fast-paced,
Qualifications
- 3+ years leading IT Operations with measurable service improvements.
- Proven incident, problem and change management experience, including CAB responsibility.
- Experience designing and delivering automation workflows and dashboards.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to perform under pressure.
- Vendor engagement and cost optimization experience.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day IT operations delivery with SLAs across incidents, problems and changes.
- Refine processes for speed, quality, security, and cost efficiency.
- Chair the CAB and ensure quality change implementation with rollback plans.
- Produce actionable reports on team performance and risk.
- Lead post-incident reviews and drive remediation and improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to align SLAs and roadmaps.
