Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT Operations leader to direct day-to-day IT services across Hong Kong and regional offices. You will own incident, problem and change management, chair the CAB, and drive automation and proactive monitoring using Power Automate, n8n and Grafana.

You will mentor engineers, optimize vendor performance and educate end-users on Microsoft 365 apps, aiming to reduce ticket volumes and raise service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT operations and delivering service improvements.
• Strong background in Incident, Problem and Change Management, including CAB execution.
• Hands-on with Power Automate and n8n for automation.
• Experience building dashboards with Grafana and telemetry monitoring.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and vendor performance management.
• Excellent written and spoken English under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day IT operational delivery and maintain SLAs.
• Chair the Change Advisory Board and enforce change procedures.
• Lead post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.
• Design and deploy automation workflows to streamline delivery.
• Build service health and capacity dashboards using Grafana.
• Mentor team members and drive growth milestones.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and licensing costs.
• Educate end-users on Microsoft 365 apps and promote self-service.
