Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Solution Delivery team, driving alignment between business strategy and technology delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will facilitate requirements workshops, translate objectives into user stories and specifications, and act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or within a Solution Delivery function in the financial services industry.
• Subject matter expertise within Asset Servicing environments.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end solution lifecycles using Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical (SDLC) and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and strong documentation capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops to elicit and document complex functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate high-level business objectives into clear user stories, process flows, and detailed technical specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, manage scope changes via formal governance, and ensure deliverables are aligned with budget and time constraints.
• Partner with testing teams to validate that solutions successfully meet the defined business criteria prior to implementation.
