Qualifikationen

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills; Mandarin required, Cantonese a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bloomberg, and FactSet.

• Assisting in the valuation of the company and determining the appropriate pricing for the IPO.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing the execution of the IPO, including coordinating with various stakeholders such as legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters.
