Job summary

Dcl-Communication-Ltd is seeking an R&D Electronics Engineer to drive hardware development for data center products. You will design PCBs, prototype boards, and integrate sensors and communication modules with ESP32/ESP32-IDF, STM32, and Arduino ecosystems.

Collaboration with software, project, and maintenance teams ensures robust hardware performance in the field. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware creation, vendor coordination, and thorough documentation, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years hardware design, electronics repair or embedded systems experience.
• Strong EasyEDA proficiency; KiCad/Altium a plus.
• Hands-on ESP32/ESP-IDF/Arduino/STM32 experience; Linux debugging.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLANs, Switching) useful.

Responsibilities

• PCB schematic and layout design; manage BOMs and vendors.
• Prototype assembly, soldering, functional testing.
• IoT sensor integration and communication modules into products.
• Firmware prototyping with software team; use AI tools for prototyping.
• Technical documentation and field feedback support.
