Job summary

A leading food production company in Hong Kong urgently needs an Investor Relations Officer to enhance communications with investors and analysts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in investor relations or similar fields, a Bachelor's degree in relevant areas, and must be fluent in Mandarin. Responsibilities include designing IR programs, maintaining relationships with fund managers, and acting as the Chairman's interpreter during events.

Qualifications

Our client is an established and rapidly growing listed company in food production. To cope with their strong performance and rapid growth worldwide, they are now urgently seeking am Investor Relations Officer to join their expanding team

Job Description

• Design and execute effective IR programs, formulate and organize investor activities/events including investor meetings and corporate visits to ensure the senior management communicate effectively, transparently and timely with investors and equity/credit analysts;
• Maintain good business relationship with fund management companies, equity research analysis, Investment Banks, financial reporters and public media;
• Acting as the point of contact to investors, fund managers, analysts, government bodies and media on all the investor relations enquiries; responsible for the collection and classification of investors’ and analysts’ opinions and advices;
• Maintaining the company’s disclosure policy;
• Duties including financial analysis functions
• Act as an interpreter for Chairman on business trips, during conference and events
• Prepare translation of documents from Chinese to English and vice versa
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
• At least 3 years experiences in investor relations, investment banking, equity research or corporate finance will be an advantage;
• Result-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated;
• Good numerical, analytical, communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency Mandarin is a MUST;
