Job summary

Longbridge is seeking a results-driven content marketer to join our Hong Kong team. You will create in-app fund education content, market views, product analyses, and investor-focused materials to help simplify complex topics for a broad audience.

You will plan campaigns, collaborate with asset managers and fund houses, coordinate livestreams, and ensure all output meets regulatory requirements. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential in this dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in brokerage, banking, asset management, or fund distribution.
• Basic knowledge of funds and fund products.
• Excellent writing skills to simplify complex topics.
• Strong ability to manage content, campaigns, and partnerships simultaneously.
• Fund industry qualification or HKSFC licence preferred.
• Existing relationships with fund houses or asset managers preferred.
• Livestream planning experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage in-app fund education content and client-facing materials.
• Develop content for featured products and partner fund houses.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, product promos, and investor events.
• Coordinate with fund houses for launches and co-marketing.
• Plan livestream topics and invite guests.
• Ensure content complies with regulations with the Compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage in-app fund education content (FAQs, guides, product pages) and client-facing content (market views, product analysis, articles, infographics, posters, and push notifications)
• Develop content for featured products and partner fund houses, including asset manager profiles, fund manager introductions, and new fund launch explainers
• Plan and execute online campaigns, product promotions, investor seminars, and asset manager eventsManage the content calendar, track engagement and conversion, and optimise performance
• Collaborate with fund houses on new fund launches, featured product campaigns, and co-marketing; secure marketing resources from partners
• Plan fund livestreams, select topics, and invite guests (asset managers, fund managers, and in-house analysts)
• Work with Compliance to ensure all content and campaigns meet regulatory requirements
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; experience in marketing within brokerage, banking, asset management, or fund distribution is an advantange
• Basic knowledge of funds and fund products
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a general audience
• Strong execution capability to manage content, campaigns, and external partnerships simultaneously
• Fund industry qualification or HKSFC licence preferred
• Existing relationships with fund houses or asset managers preferred
• Experience in livestream planning, or in managing a financial content account preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
