Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited seeks an Investment Product Specialist in the Contact Centre to identify customers’ financial needs and support Sales & Distribution in achieving investment product targets. The role uses inbound and outbound calls to provide market information and to execute investment product transactions.

Candidates should have 2 years investment sales experience, a degree or equivalent, and SFC-IIQAS qualifications. English and Chinese proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years investment sales or related experience in the retail banking industry.
• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent.
• Possess IIQAS and other required qualifications under SFC for selling investment products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and explore customers’ financial needs with branches to support Sales & Distribution targets.
• Provide timely market information and execute investment product transactions via inbound and outbound calls.
• Meet sales targets and deliver quality service in compliance with the Bank’s standards.

Education

2 years investment sales or related experience in the retail banking industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
