Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong seeks a Settlement System Business Analyst to bridge business users and technology teams for investment settlement platforms. You will gather requirements, document processes and functional specs, and drive system enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders across investment operations, finance and technology.

You will support project delivery, coordinate UAT, and push for process optimisation and automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

5–15 years of working experience in financial services.
2–3 years of Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Change Management experience.
Experience with middle-office or back-office systems in banking, asset management, brokerage, securities trading, or related institutions.
Strong understanding of settlement, trade processing, custody, reconciliations, corporate actions or finance operations.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business users and technology teams to deliver and enhance investment settlement systems.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements, processes and functional specs.
Support project delivery activities including requirements analysis, testing, implementation and post-go-live support.
Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off.
Provide business and functional support for investment and operational systems.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to improve efficiency.
